12. Ge-Baek Tul

The 12th Tul of Taekwon-do contains the material for the exam for the second degree blackbelt, along with the previous 2 Tuls.

Begin
Assume a parallel stance towards D with the ready posture Chumby.

Movement 1
Step back with the right foot towards C, form a right L-stance towards D and make a upward knifehand checking X-block middle.

Turn left on the left foot and make a right twisting-kick low towards D.
Keep the hands as in movement 1.

Turn right on the left foot and step the right foot forward towards D, form a right walking stance towards D and make a right fist-punch middle.

Stay in the same stance and make a left fist-punch middle.

Step back with the right foot toward C, form a left stance toward D, and make a left outer forearm-block upward.
