This training form of Taekwon-do is the last of three that are used for graduation to third Dan.

Begin
Assume a parallel stance towards D with the ready posture Chumby-F.

Step to the side with the left foot towards B, form a sitting stance towards D and make a parallel inner forearm-block high.
