– Yoo-Sin name –
This Taekwondo Tul has 68 movements and is therefore one of the longest.

Official name
Yoo-Sin Kim was a famous general during the Silla dynasty. The pattern contains 68 movements, which refer to the last two digits of the year 668, the year in which Korea was unified into one state.
Additionally
The story goes that in the fight against the Chinese attackers, the general’s sword seemingly came into his hand by itself. Because the sword is the soul of the fighter, and with this miraculous movement, the fighter becomes invincible, the attackers retreated in fear.
Learning
In the first part, several techniques are introduced that can be performed without large movements. The attackers are close by, and quick action is required.
In the second part, the attacker is spread out, and the Taekwondo practitioner moves more.
There is a large number of movements scattered throughout the Tul, which is an underlying theme in this exercise form.
