The seventeenth Tul of Traditional Taekwon-do is one of the older and longer Tuls that serve as practice material for the fourth Dan grade.

Begin
Assume a closed stance toward D with the ready posture Chumby-G.

Step with the linking foot sideways towards B, form a sitting stance towards D and make twin upward elbow-strikes high.

Slide to the side towards A, stay in the sitting stance towards D and make a left backward hooking-punch high over the right shoulder.
