This relatively new traditional Taekwon-do form is the last Tul that must be learned to achieve the fourth Dan grade.

Begin
Assume a closed stance towards D with the ready posture Chumby-C.

Movement 1
Turn right on the right foot and step forward with the left foot towards D, form a right rearfoot stance towards D and make a forearm guarding-block middle.

Stay in the same stance and make a left middle knuckle fist-punch high.

Turn right on the left foot and place the right foot forward, form a left rearfoot stance towards C and make a forearm guarding-block middle.
