– Moon-Moo name –
This Taekwon-do Tul officially consists of 61 movements, but in reality, there are 68 because a number of movements have been combined.

Official name
This exercise form is a tribute to Moon-Moo, the 30th king of Korea from the Silla dynasty. At Moon-Moo’s request, his body was buried at sea after his death: ‘to protect the land forever from attacks from China.’
The 61 movements of the Tul symbolize the year 661 AD, the year in which Moon-Moo ascended the throne.
Additionally
Moon-Moo was the first monarch to unite the three kingdoms into one Korea by defeating the other two.
He remained in power for 20 years until he became ill and passed away.
Learning
A training form from the later generation, and that is clearly visible. Many kicking techniques are incorporated, and various ways in which they need to be executed are addressed; slow motion, in combination, and jumping.
