Begin
Assume a closed stance towards D with the ready posture Chumby-A.

Step back with the right foot towards C and slide back towards C, form a right rearfoot stance towards D and make a forearm guarding-block high.

Turn left on the right foot and step forward with the left foot, form a left walking stance towards D and make a right vertical fist-punch middle.

Step back with the left foot towards C and slide back towards C, form a left rearfoot stance towards D and make a forearm guarding-block high.

Turn to the right on the left foot and step forward with the right foot, form a right walking stance towards D and make a left vertical fist-punch middle.
