This surprisingly short Taekwon-do Tul develops a different method of combat compared to all previous Tuls, specifically that the opponent can be incapacitated with a technique.

Begin
Assume a closed position towards D with the ready posture Chumby-B.

Movement 1
Turn left on the right foot and step forward with the left foot towards B, form a left walking stance towards B and make a left outer forearm-block low.

Movement 2
Place the left foot next to the right foot and step forward with the right foot towards A, form a left fixed-stance towards A and make a twin forearm-block.

Movement 3
Turn left on the left foot and make a right side-kick middle toward D.

Place the right foot next to the left foot and step forward with the left foot towards B, form a left walking stance towards B and make a left outer forearm-block upward.

Bring the left foot next to the right foot and step with the right foot sideways towards E, form a sitting stance towards D, and make a right sideways outer knifehand-strike middle.

Bring the right foot next to the left foot, form a closed stance towards D and assume the ready posture Chumby-B.

Jump forward towards D, form a left closed X-position towards GD and make a left sideways backfist-strike high.
Check the technique with the fingertips of the right knifehand on the outer side of the left wrist.

Turn to the right on the left foot and step forward with the right foot towards E, form a right walking stance towards E and make a right fist-punch high.
