The fourteenth Tul is material for the exam for the third dan grade, along with the previous and the next exercise form.

Begin
Assume a closed stance towards D with the ready posture Chumby-A.

Movement 1
Step with the right foot sideways towards A, form a sitting stance towards D and make a right inner forearm-block middle and a left checking fist-punch low.

Movement 2
Stay in the same stance and make a right checking fist-punch low and a left inner forearm-block middle.

Bring the right foot next to the left foot and form a closed stance towards D, and make a left hooking fist-punch middle.
Execute at a slow speed.

Step forward with the left foot towards D, form a left walking stance towards D and make a right twofinger-thrust high.

Step forward with the right foot towards D, form a right walking stance towards D, and make a left twofinger-thrust high.
