Place the left foot out to the side towards D, turn right on the left foot and step the right foot forwards to A, form a right walking stance towards A and make a right outer forearm-block high.

Turn left on the right foot and step forward with the left foot towards D, form a right L-stance towards D and making a guarding knifehand-block middle.

Movement 7A [Blog blocks]
Turn left on both feet towards FB, form a sitting stance towards FB and release with a right knifehand turn middle (twist the palm of the right knifehand facing down-ward, with the left hand kept in the previous position) ……
Rotate the right arm horizontally inward to the midline and keep the left hand under the right elbow.
