This Tul is number 8 and the 2nd Kup. Taekwon-do practitioners can achieve the red belt with this pattern.

Begin
Assume a closed stance towards D with the ready posture Chumby-C.

Movement 1
Step with the left foot sideways towards B, form a sitting stance towards D, and make a left pressure forward palm-block middle.

Stay in the same stance and make a right fist-punch middle.

Turn right on the left foot and bring the right foot back, form a left L-stance towards A and make a twin forearm-block.
