This sixth Tul is practice material for the blue belt, the 4th Kup.

Begin
Assume a closed stance towards D with a ready-posture Chumby-B.

Movement 1
Turn left on the right foot and step forward with the left foot towards B, form a right L-stance towards B and make a left inner knifehand-block middle.

Make a left sideward front-kick low towards B.
Keep the hands as in movement 1.

Step the left foot forward to B and step the right foot forward to B, form a left rear foot stance towards B and make a right upward palm-block middle.

Turn right on the left foot and step forward with the right foot toward A, form a left L-stance towards A and make a right inner knifehand-block middle.
