– Ko-Dang Tul –
This traditional Taekwon-do Tul has been removed from the list of forms. However, it is a valuable exercise that every Dan Degree holder can learn, and therefore it has been added.

Begin
Assume a closed stance towards D with the ready posture Chumby-C.

Movement 1
Turn right on the left foot and step sideways with the right foot towards E, form a sitting stance towards AD and make a left forward palm pushing- block middle.

Stay in the same stance and make a right fist-punch middle.

Turn left on the left foot and place the right foot backward, forme a right L-stance towards D and make a forearm guarding-block middle.

Stay in the same stance and make a right outer forearm-block low and a left inner forearm-block middle.

Turn left on the right foot and step sideways with the left foot towards G, form a sitting stance towards DB and make a right forward palm pushing-block middle.
