Official name
Po-Eun is the nickname of the famous Korean poet named Chong Mong-Chu (1400 AD), who wrote a famous poem that every Korean knows:
‘I will never serve a second master, even if I am crucified a hundred times.’
Chong Mong-Chun was also a physicist.
The diagram, the straight line, represents his unwavering loyalty to the then-ruling Koryo dynasty.
Additional
Po-Eun was a reliable support of the last king of the Koryo dynasty. When his power was transferred to the first king of the Yi monarchy, he refused to enter service there. Ultimately, he was executed at the Son-Juk bridge in present-day North Korea, where a monument has been erected for him.

This Tul is an exceptional form of exercise where movement is solely lateral, incorporating combinations of defensive and offensive hand techniques. It presents a challenge to execute techniques quickly and accurately.
