This Taekwon-do pattern is practice material for the Taekwon-do black belt with the first Dan.

Begin
Assume a parallel stance towards D with the ready posture Chumby D.

Movement 1
Turn left on the right foot and set the left foot forward, form a right L-stance towards B and make a forearm guarding-block middle.

Turn right on the left foot and raise the right foot, form a left one-legged stance towards D and raise the left arm sideways.
Keep the right arm as in movement 1. Look towards A.

Turn left on the left foot and make a right checking side-kick downward towards A.
Keep the arms as in movement 2.

Turn right on the left foot and place the right foot to the side towards A, form a sitting stance towards D and make a right sideward knifehand-strike middle.

Stay in the same stance and make a left turning fist-punch middle.

Step with the left foot to the side in front of the right foot towards A, form a right X-stance towards D, make a right inward outer forearm-block low.
Check the technique with the fingertips of the left knifehand on the palmside of the right wrist.

Turn right on the left foot and step forward with the right foot towards A, form a left fixed-stance towards A and make a archand U-graps.

Turn left on the right foot and bring the left foot next to the right foot, form a closed stance towards D, and make twin sideward elbow-thrust high.
Look in the direction of B. Execute at a slow speed.
