This Tul is number seven and is meant for the Taekwon-do practitioner who wants to advance to the red slip on the blue belt , the 3rd Kup.

Closed stance towards D with the ready-posture Chumby-B.

Turn left on the right foot and step forward with the left foot towards B, form a right L-stance facing B and make a left inner forearm-block middle.

Turn left on the right foot and step forward with the left foot, form a left walking stance towards B and make a right fingertip-thrust low.
Make the counter movement with the outside of the left fist towards the center of the chest.
