Turn left on the right foot and step forward with the left foot towards B, form a right L-stance facing B and make a left inner forearm-block middle.

Make the counter movement with the outside of the left fist towards the center of the chest.

Turn right on the right foot and bring the left foot next to the right foot, form a closed stance towards D, and make a right backward backfist-strike high and a left checking fist-punch low.
Execute at a slow speed.
