In Won-Hyo Tul the fourth Taekwon-do pattern is used to achieve the green belt, the 6th Kup.

Assume in a closed stance towards D with a ready posture Chumby-A towards D.

Movement 1
Turn left on the right foot and step forward with the left foot towards B, form a right L-stance towards B and make a twin forearm-block.

Stay in the same stance and make a right inward outer knifhand- strike high.
Make the counter movement with the outside of the left fist towards the mid-chest.

Slip the left foot forward towards B, form a right fixed-stance towards B and make a left sideward fist-punch middle.
